Nami Prakash

Nami Prakash is the founder of The Mind Quotient™ and creator of Human Skill Development™, a new category focused on teaching the human skills most of us were expected to know but were never intentionally taught.

Before building The Mind Quotient™, Nami spent more than 20 years in corporate leadership, primarily within healthcare communications, leading teams, managing complex client relationships, developing talent, and navigating the human dynamics that shape performance inside organizations.

Over time, she began to recognize a consistent gap.

People were being taught how to perform their jobs, but rarely how to understand themselves, regulate emotions, navigate conflict, communicate effectively, set boundaries, manage pressure, or intentionally choose how they showed up.

Those experiences ultimately became the foundation for The Mind Quotient™.

Today, Nami works at the intersection of Human Skill Development™, leadership, organizational performance, and the future of work.

Through The Mind Quotient™, she is building an ecosystem designed to make human skill development accessible across workplaces, communities, and generations.

Independently, Nami advises senior leaders navigating complex leadership moments and speaks to organizations and audiences about Human Skill Development™, The Mind Quotient™, leadership, pressure, self-awareness, and what it means to remain human in the age of AI.

She is also an author and the founder of The MQ Press™.

Her work is grounded in one simple belief:

We can't expect people to know what they've never been taught.
